Poetry

This week the Year 2 children have completed the English unit, 'Songs and Repetitive Poetry'.  They have looked at many poems and were particularly enthusiastic about the song / poem 'London's Burning'.  Having thought carefully about the syllables needed for each line, and the punctuation, the children have written their own poems.  When reading the children's work, remember to sing the tune of 'London's Burning' in your head!
