Nativity - 'Hey, Ewe!'

Well done to all of the children for their performance of 'Hey, Ewe!' yesterday.  They have worked very hard on their nativity to learn their lines and all the song words.  Here are a few pictures of the children in action!

Many thanks to all the parents who provided fabulous costumes.

Poetry

The children have just completed a poetry unit about songs and rhymes.  Having looked at the rhyme London's Burning, the children had a go at writing their own verses.  The children worked really hard and we were very proud of their work.
When you read these poems, read them to the tune of London's Burning!

Sculptures

The Year 1 and 2 children enjoyed making sculptures on Friday to launch their new topic 'What's It Made Of?' The children worked really well in their groups and used a range of materials to create their sculpture.
Can you spot a snowman, Jesus and a castle?
